Call for Symposia Now Open: XXI International Plant Protection Congress - IPPC 2027
The XXI International Plant Protection Congress (IPPC 2027) will bring together the global plant protection community in Ōtautahi Christchurch, Aotearoa New Zealand, from 1–5 November 2027. Held in conjunction with the 26th Australasian Plant Pathology Conference (APPC) and the 2027 New Zealand Plant Protection Society Conference (NZPPS) this unique gathering will create opportunities to share research, exchange ideas and explore how Indigenous and local knowledge can contribute to the future of plant protection science.
With a strong connection to the knowledge and expertise of Aotearoa and the wider Pacific, the congress will provide a platform for researchers, practitioners and students from around the world to connect, learn and collaborate on the emerging issues shaping plant health.
The Call for Symposia is now open, and researchers, practitioners and organisations are invited to submit symposium proposals that explore emerging issues, share new perspectives and encourage collaboration across the plant protection community.
